As Assistant Spirits & Beer Buyer for Harvey Nichols, I am always on the lookout for new and exciting brands, suppliers and products. It’s my responsibility to support the buyer through ordering, reports, tastings, communications with suppliers/producers, branch support, accounts/invoice support and through helping to discover new lines.

My experience stems from both hospitality and retail, working as a chef for both Caprice Holdings and the Gordon Ramsay group where my love and passion for wines and spirits started and as a retail store manager for Majestic wine where I could hone my tasting skills and knowledge through studying for my WSET Diploma which I have now successfully completed.

The London Spirits Competition is the perfect competition for me to be a part of as I always look at a products packaging and image as well as how it tastes compared to its price tag, reputation and competitors in hope of giving customers and clients the best value for money.
