From there at 26 years old I needed to know more of the world and flew to London to work at the world renown Dukes Bar and became the first female bartender in more than 110 years of Dukes hotel history; in 2012 nowhere in such established five star hotels you would have found a woman mixing drinks and that stirred the city traditions quiet a lot; since that year Hotels like The Dorchester, Savoy and Connought, to mention a few, started to hire woman Bartender as well and spirits brands started to support female Mixologist a lot.

Working at Dukes bar allowed me to understand the spirits industry deeper than before, I had the privilege to prepare and serve bespoken drinks to many famous people like politicians, royals, actors but my favourites where and still are brand owners and master distillers from which I obtained a lot of knowledge, I still remember when Doctor Nick Morgan invited me to go for a trip to Skye and visit Talisker distillery and Sean Harrison for Plymouth distillery from both trips I came culturally enriched. Moving in London opened up another chapter in my life and feeling the need to learn more I went back to school again, this time for gaining Event Management Diploma which has been key when I worked as Brand Manager for a Tuscan gin company and other similar job roles with other UK based like Snowqueen and Ellustria Portfolio. Still cocktail competitions played a key role to mention few the Averna competition in 2013, Diageo World Class 2016, UKBG Lady Drink 2016, Talisker competition 2017. When I’m not doing something drink related you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking, looking after my kittens and reading about latest news on how to live an eco-friendly life in 2020, all the rest as you,ve read is about liquid.
