I am a UK Bartender Champion and European Bartender of the Year for Friday's, along with being a Master Bartender for the brand - one of only three worldwide.

In addition to this, I have participated in exclusive marketing campaigns in the UK and US, worked closely with Friday's in South America to assist in bar development and worked alongside Bacardi to create innovative new cocktails for their US market.
