Ivan has been judging at wine & spirits awards for over 15 years, both in the UK and internationally.

His career began in independent wine retail before Harvey Nichols brought him down to London from Manchester to work as a buyer. Dixon has since achieved the WSET diploma, managed numerous drinks projects and headed up spirits and beer buying at Enotria & Coe, where he was responsible for innovation and market leadership.

When not working, travelling or judging, he is likely to be found at the bar, with a martini in hand.
