Ali started his hospitality career as a barista and found his passion for coffee and good spirits.
With after just a few years of hospitality experience Ali was invited to United Kingdom to be a part of the opening team of Oriole bar in London. After less than a year Oriole was awarded Best New International Cocktail Bar for 2016, Spirited Awards and nominated as a one of the 50 Best Bars in the world and runner up for Most Stylish Bar at the Time Out bar awards.
His passion for design takes a huge part of his drinks development, creating bespoke glassware and garnishes. He specialises in rare and unusual products and ingredients. He has conducted seminars and bar shows around Europe ,Russia and China.
At the moment he is working with a small independent distillery and spirits company and conducting bar team trainings around Europe and Australia.
