My objective is to become a more complete bartender with the time to become a brand ambassador. Naturally creative, ambitious, focused and passionate. My goal is to work on the best bars, become one of the best bartenders and with time be recognised as Erick Lorinz or Salvatore Calbrese does.

My personal major achievement has been to become bartender at German Gymnasium, I grew up in a really small town in Spain where bartending job is non-existent, so for me this achievement means a lot, I worked so hard as a barback to improve my English and my knowledge to become what I am today. The fact of being able to express myself in English and behind the bar with my cocktails was just unimaginable before coming to London.
