Accomplished Bar Manager and Bartender with over 10 years' experience in hospitality. Experienced in taking full responsibility for the entire beverage offering and staffing of both single and multi-site operations. Specialised in seasonal British and European bars and restaurants as well as craft spirits, especially gin. Small brands, low intervention and natural products and methods really capture my imagination when it comes to food and drink.
