Since 1998 I have been living my passion as a host, born in Italy, raised and studied in Heidelberg. With international professional experience in renowned hotels and cruise lines, I completed my Master of Bartender in 2015. Since then, I have dedicated myself to opening bars and developing creative bar concepts, especially in the hotel industry.

My expertise expanded through my work in sales at Maison Ferrand Germany, which allowed me to gain new insights and contacts. In 2021, I started developing my own product, the "Martinelli Bitter" based on Pinot Noir, refined with selected herbal extracts.
