If asked to describe myself in two words, I would probably have to label myself a Whisky Fiend. Having spent my formative years as a student of Classical civilisations, my early twenties saw me change tack somewhat and embrace a career in the Spirits & Hospitality sectors. Having spent three years in various brand roles with Bacardi & Chivas Brothers, I have spent the past three and a half years fully immersed in London's thriving hospitality scene; most recently serving as Head Bartender at the recently-opened Great Scotland Yard Hotel.
