I start in a catering school, 4 years learning the kitchen and 1-year bartender’s specialty. I’m from Marseille and I found my first bartending job in Sofitel hotel which was the best in the city. Then went between Courchevel, St Tropez and Marseille bartending in luxurious bars, palaces, and chalets. I came to London in Nov 2013, worked at Marylebone and Bloomsbury with Doyle Collection for 4 years where I became head Bartender at Bloomsbury Bar. Then moving to Allegra in May of last year for the new opening. Co in charge of the bar since last November.
