Hospitality is my passion at 360 degrees: I worked in a popular and busy venue in Rome located in front of the Colosseum, in one of the oldest Café in Italy founded in 1855 in Cagliari, before to land in London and run the rooftop Cocktail Bar in Craft London. I’ve managed bar and develop menu in two different European Capitals, I love learning and I’ll never stop to be a student
