Marie is a Senior Bartender at Lyaness bar, London. She started there in November 2017 when it was Dandelyan. She joined as a junior member of the team before progressing and asserting herself as a fundamental member of the team, helping them to reach top spot in the World’s 50 Best Bars. On a day to day basis, Marie keeps the machine ticking by controlling prep, orders and accounts, stock management and quality control. 

Marie’s career began 4 years ago in Melbourne Australia where she worked at 18o6 and learned everything about hospitality, team work and high volume. She has since carried that knowledge forwards in to her days with the Lyan Family
