Bryan is a lover of all things food and drink and is currently working as a wine, spirit and cigar buyer for luxury retailer Harvey Nichols, supporting both the retail and hospitality sides of the business. His journey began as a chef in some of London’s top restaurants including The Ivy (West Street), Petrus, Maze and 34. Falling in love with wine during this journey, he began private study with the WSET before moving into the wine retail trade in 2013 and has not looked back. He currently holds the WSET Diploma as well as the WEST Sake Level 3 Award and has judged with competitions such as, The IWSC, ISC, Spirits Business and World Drink Awards
