I started my career in hospitality when I was 16 and fell in love with the industry instantly. My passion for bartending started at The Savoy working in the Beaufort Bar where I learnt from some of the best. I am now at The Fairmont Windsor park, the sister hotel to The Savoy (Opening on the 1st of January) where I have created a cocktail list for The Schroder’s Bar, while aiding on our selection throughout the hotel focusing heavily on Gin.
