Bartender by profession, Fabrizio has been associated with the beverage industry for more than a decade now. Having completed many certifications in Bartending and the WSET Level 2, he has worked as a Senior Bartender and Head Waiter at renowned establishments including Osteria Del Mercato, Tramp Members Club, Aqua Restaurant Group and Stanley's Chelsea. Fabrizio was a Bar Consultant for more than 4 years before he joined Pavilion The Business Club as a Bar Manager. He now works as the Club Manager there and ensures high customer satisfaction in the three bars he manages within the club.
