I'm originally from just outside of London, I moved to Bristol in my early 20s and call Bristol home, it is here where my career really took off. When I'm not working my hobbies are climbing, running and travelling. Like most people I fell in the industry and quickly fell in love! I've have now been in the hospitality industry for 18 years and specialising in cocktails for 15 years. After an amazing career in Bristol and competing around the world I made the decision in 2020 to move to London where I've run 2 of the world's celebrated bars; Happiness Forgets and the American Bar at Savoy.
