With an education in the culinary industry, Gabor Molnar has been associated with the hospitality industry since 2011. He started his career in Budapest where he worked with Morrisons Club and Le Méridien. Gabor moved to the UK in 2015 where he worked as the Head Bartender at some great bars and restaurants including Boisdale Live Music Restaurants & Bars, D&D London and Isshno-Ni. Gabor has also participated in many competitions and won many awards. He has been associated with The Pig Hotel for more than 4 years now and now works as the Bar Manager at The Pig on the Beach. Gabor is passionate about hospitality, homegrown ingredients, and creating flavours and drinks with a focus on sustainability.
