Claudia is a passionate and experienced beverage professional who has been leading the beverage development and management for the Cunard fleet, a luxury cruise liner, since 2021. With over 20 years of hospitality industry experience in multiple countries, she is responsible for creating and delivering innovative and high-quality beverage concepts and products for a global and diverse clientele, as well as overseeing the White Star Service bar training program for the staff.

Claudia is also the first female president of the UK Bartenders Guild (UKBG), a prestigious and historic association that represents and supports the interests and development of bar professionals and operators in the UK and abroad. She has been serving the Guild since 2013, establishing the Maritime division in 2018 to cater to the needs and challenges of the bartending community at sea. She is a WSET Spirits Educator, a former associate educator at the Shaker Bar School. She has also been involved in judging national and global cocktail and spirits competitions, as well as collaborating with unique and diverse spirits brands as a beverage consultant.
