Having been associated with the hospitality industry for over 15 years now, Filip is from the Czech and started his career in the industry in 2008. He has worked with some of the best bars and hotels in Prague including Chateau St. Havel, Barbora Restaurant & Penzion and La Musica Cafe-Bar. Filip moved to London in 2014 and has worked as Senior Bartender and Bar Manager in some of the best bars including Mango Thai Tapas, The London Cocktail Club, Duck & Waffle, Novikov Restaurant & Bar, Heritage Modern Swiss Restaurant, Lollipop, Homeboy Bar and Realmix Limited. He now works as the Bar Manager in Sexy Fish, Mayfair.
