Giuseppe Quartararo is a passionate hospitality professional from Sicily, currently based in the UK for the past five years. With four of those years spent at Nightjar, a renowned speakeasy bar in the heart of Old Street, he has developed a deep love for the cocktail industry and the culture of drinking. Giuseppe is also an advocate for supporting fellow bartenders and is actively involved with WØM (World of Mixologists), a project dedicated to connecting and empowering bartenders worldwide. Through his work, he aims to create meaningful connections and elevate the global bartending community.
