I began my hospitality career in 2013 in my hometown near the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Over the years, I’ve gained over a decade of experience as a bartender, mixologist, and Bar & Beverage Manager across London, Australia, Italy, and Dubai. I am truly passionate about the craft of mixology and the spirits industry. Currently, I’m the co-founder of Mixing Dreams, a global beverage consultancy based in London, where we work with brands and establishments worldwide.
