My journey in hospitality started over 10 years ago behind busy cocktail bars, where I quickly discovered a passion for spirits, creativity, and the energy of great service. Over the years, working across both high-volume venues and five-star luxury hotels has shaped my approach, balancing efficiency with attention to detail and a genuine focus on guest experience.

I’ve always been curious about flavours, techniques, and the stories behind each spirit, which continues to inspire my work and development. Being part of the London Spirits Competition is an exciting opportunity to share that passion, learn from others in the industry, and celebrate quality and innovation in spirits.
