David has worked solidly in the on-trade for 17 years before finding salvation at Spirit Cartel, supplying the best bars and clubs in the land with Premium Spirits. He managed the "ICON" premium spirit range at Matthew Clark for 9 years followed by a two year stint with a Brewer in the Midlands. He has spent the last two year stretch with Proximo Spirits managing the Kraken and Casa Cuervo business nationally. A Little known fact, David scratched an itch and owned a pub for 4 years, putting his money where his mouth was. He sold his share to his partner a year ago.
