He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, authenticating, and acquiring some of the rarest and most collectible spirits from around the globe, with a particular focus on vintage and limited-edition whiskies.

Having built his career from an enthusiast and whisky educator into one of the UK's leading specialists in old and rare spirits, Jason combines deep technical knowledge with extensive buying experience. He regularly hosts masterclasses, educational tastings, and industry events, sharing his expertise on whisky history, provenance, authentication, and collecting.

Jason works closely with collectors, distilleries, and global suppliers, giving him a unique perspective on quality, rarity, authenticity, and market demand. His role requires an exceptional palate alongside an understanding of the commercial value and positioning of premium spirits in today's international marketplace.
