Prior to joining Firmdale Hotels, Salvatore served as Director of Mixology at The Stafford London, overseeing the cocktail program at the iconic American Bar. Throughout his career he has also held senior roles with Nobu Hospitality and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, developing a reputation for combining classic bartending techniques with contemporary creativity.
