Fedje is the village in the sea to the west. In the census from 1666, the island's name was Feddie. Feddie Ocean Distillery will reflect the island's history and identity. We draw inspiration from the sea, a lot of wild weather and the island's unique natural and cultural landscape. Fedje's character is both poetically beautiful and calm natural landscape and wild weather with white foam peaks against the cliffs. And with an endless horizon towards Shetland and Scotland.
