Bright herbal notes and citrus oil on the nose. Pronounced flavours of grapefruit and citrus on the palate with notes of aniseed, angelica root, and some hints of oak, followed by light bitterness at the finish.

Opened in 2021, it is built in an old derelict primary school which has been converted and shared with other tenants including the Dark Space Planetarium and a pottery painting studio, the Wee Pottery.
