Stillgarden Distillery, a multi award winning independent distillery producing sustainable Modern Irish Spirits for the Modern Spirit Drinker. The brand awareness has increased significantly over the last period and the company is becoming increasingly known for its quality brand, innovative products and disruptive approach within the market.
Based in Dublin 8, we follow a cross-company sustainability focused business model. From growing and locally foraging ingredients in our community gardens (created from an area of wasteland), to utilising advanced flavour-capture techniques in our lab we look to the future, respectful of tradition and provenance but not bound by them. Our products are, by nature, more attuned to the modern palette, and by creating experiences, we keep modern spirits in sync with consumer trends.
Our visitors centre offers a range of experiential experiences & tours where guests experience modern methods of distillation & can create their own recipe product.
