We use both time-honoured and modern methods to produce liqueurs, pékets (fruit brandies), aperitifs, syrups and custom products. We revive ancient, sometimes almost forgotten, recipes from the time-honoured heritage of Walloon spirits. We sell our products through a store that stocks only items produced in Wallonia. In 2016, we were awarded a silver and gold seal of quality at the International Fruit Brandies and Liqueurs competition in Metz.
