Okusi Visa distillery is a small distillery on the remote Isalnd of Vis in Croatia. It is a true artisan distillery where HUM 587 gin is produced by the husband and wife team, Hilde and Gary. The botanicals that gives the distinct flavour are hand poicked from the slopes of the highest point of the Island HUM which is 587m above sea level
