Our whisky branded as the Adelaide Hills Whisky Co is crafted from ingredients of barley, yeast, and water – whisky’s trinity of the highest order – are maturing in barrels ahead of their planned debut in late 2023. Our rum project which is yet to be branded is dark and delicious and made from the finest molasses.
