Our story begins in the middle of the 19th century on the red land of Istria, where there is still a small-scale production and sale of Sempervivum brandy and liqueur in the village of Veleniki, only 4 km from the city of Poreč. For the Istrian peasant on the poor red soil rich in stone, every day represented a challenge for life, which was filled with hard work in the vineyards, olive groves and fields where he cultivated fruits with a meager and uncertain intake but with indispensable top quality...
