Ahascragh Distillers is an Irish family business with the goal of producing quality Irish spirits withinnovation, transparency and flair. We are passionate about distilling some of the first zero-emissionsspirits in Ireland and changing the traditional energy source used for Irish whiskeyproduction. We want to help family and friends across the world celebrate meaningful momentsand occasions, with quality Irish whiskey and gin from the West of Ireland.Gareth and Michelle McAllister are a husband-and-wife team from Dublin. Having lived andworked in countries across Europe, the US and Asia, they returned to Ireland with the dream ofturning their passion for craft Irish spirits into a family business.
Ahascragh Distillery is a state-of-the-art distillery in County Galway. We have transformed anineteenth century historical mill into a craft whiskey and gin distillery.
