Our journey began with our original distillery in Lexington, KY, where we started by meticulously mashing every ounce of grain by hand. This dedication to quality and attention to detail allowed us to create award winning spirits. But we didn’t stop there.
We now embark on an exciting new chapter at Elkwood Farm, located down the road in Midway, KY. Here, we have taken our devotion to the next level by growing our own corn right on site, expanding our production capacity, and pushing the boundaries of what exceptional spirits can truly be.
