CLANDESTINA is a Sevillian gin made with top quality products, combining the character of classic gin with traditional fresh botanicals from our land (oranges, lemons, rosemary, peppermint, grapefruit).
The production of a single batch of CLANDESTINA requires a meticulous and patient process that lasts for weeks: the selection and peeling of the fresh botanicals from Andalucia; the maceration of the botanical recipe with pure grain alcohol; the slow distillation of small batches in copper stills, following the London dry gin method; the dilution of the distillate with mineral water from natural springs; the resting of the distillate; and, finally, the bottling and hand numbering of each unique bottle of CLANDESTINA.
