Its amber-spiced rum, Dorchadas, is a high-ester blend of Dominican Republic and Jamaican pot-still base rums which embodies the Caribbean spirit. Rich, luscious molasses from the Dominican Republic combined with the light, fruity and distinctly ‘funky’ spirit of the Jamaican sugar- cane. To enhance the complexity of flavours, cocoa husks (sourced from a local chocolatier) are added, lending Dorchadas a rich and indulgent undertone. The result is a harmonious marriage of sweetness and depth that dances on your palate with every sip.

We have recently been shortlisted as a top 10 finalist at InDrinks Catalyst, with winner being announed on March 6th 2024. This will be following a product presentation to a judging panel and attendees.
