A premium contemporary London Dry gin produced in an independent small-batch copper-pot distillery, producing grain-to-glass spirits in Northamptonshire, England. The base alcohol is produced in-house from raw ingredients, combined with our select mix of juniper, organic California orange peel, cubeb pepper berries and other spices, then distilled to perfection in small batches of just 200 bottles for our initial run. An inviting, bright and open nose with a balance between green herbs, spices, roots and fruity notes. There's a hint of floral cirtrus and some loveley juniper too - it's complex and elegant on the nose.
