We have been making a classic London Dry Gin on the banks of the Helford River in Cornwall since 2019. We use organic spirit and 11 botanicals using a One-Shot Method. We focus on hands-on quality making less than a 100 bottles per batch. Our bottle is 100% recycled glass, our cork is recycled agglomerated cork and our closure is aluminum for easy recycling.
