Pikrò is a herbal elixir made from raw materials typical of Magna Graecia.
Many of its ingredients are fresh, which means that it can only be processed at certain times of the year. Hence its unique and persistent aromas. The harvesting of the fresh plants and foliage is one of the most beautiful moments to recount, with the selection, research and colours of nature as the backdrop to this wonderful journey of sharing. Basil, rosemary, laurel, lemon, wild fennel are some of the herbs and peelings that we recognise as familiar but do not perceive one by one, because they are immersed in this magical balance. The raw materials are of excellent quality and personally chosen by us. Even the infusion is done with our supervision and intervention. Every person who tastes Pikrò is catapulted into a game of searching for intertwined flavours. The kaleidoscope image we put on the label perfectly depicts the multitude of nuances of flavours and aromas that each person intercepts when tasting.

The chlorophyll in our elixir comes from all the green leaves that are present in the infusion, as we use fresh produce, especially the lemon leaves, which also give a slight bitter taste along with the juniper. Chlorophyll is attributed with antioxidant properties that would help defend the body from the negative effects of free radicals. It has also been attributed detoxifying properties. Above all, it has a discrete muco-adhesive power, which is why our ‘tastes’ stay in the mouth longer.
