We founded JIM & TONIC Distllery Co. due to a belief that quality spirits, craftsmanship & sustainability should go hand in hand.

There are a few reasons why our team, and our brand, are different:

We’re London-based, with award-winning micro-distilleries inside our gins bars in Elephant & Castle, Mayfair, Dalston, Brixton, and now, our biggest and newest venue - and our official Brandhouse - in Stratford, East London.

We are a small, indepentendly owned Spirits Company with a mighty suite of products, including Gin, Rum, Vodka, and Liqueurs. We’ve won multiple internatinal awards for our gins already, but we have never entered the London Spirits Competition, and this will be the first time entering some of our newest releases.

We are massively focussed on sustainability. We reuse by-products from the distilling process to reduce waste. We grow some of our own botanicals and source from the surrounding urban area to shorten our supply chain. Our packaging is made of recycled and recyclable materials. We use some of the lightest bottles on the market to reduce our carbon footprint. We work closely with the local community to support urban gardening initiatives, which again yields botanicals and honey for some of our products, while allowing us to compost some of our own Distillery waste.

The most exciting feature in terms of sustainability though, is our bulk packing solutions - championed by our new 5L Bag in Box - partnered with our Bottle for Life project. This allows us to sell 90 to 95% of our production in bulk, and not use bottles at all. This provides carbon savingss in production, distribution and waste management.

Our new 70cl Refill Pouches are bringing our bulk pour solution to the DTC market as well.
