Kiuchi Brewing and Distilling Inc.

We founded in 1823 in Naka City, Ibarak, Japan.
Starting with the Japanese sake, and in 1996 we began producing craft beer "Hitachino Nest Beer", and started producing whiskey "Hinomaru Whisky" in 2016. 
In 2020, we established the Yasato Distillery in Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and established a production system for Japanese whisky.

We are committed to traditional techniques and carefully selected raw materials focusing Japanese materials, and are promoting Japanese product to the world. We make true Japanese whisky, distilled and aged in Japan.
