From the mountains of Greece, Macedon Distillery has blended the unity of cultures in the mountains of Regional Victoria in Australia, to create our authentic anise spirit. 

​Introducing Jim and Eleni, who are from second-generation migrant Greek families. Both their families migrated to Australia in the early 1960s from southern Greece, where distillation had been ingrained in family tradition for generations.

​We founded Macedon Distillery to celebrate and share special and unique recipes past down through generations of family distillation.
