Launched in 2022 by co-founders Nicola and Kitty, we take inspiration from their love and appreciation for India which comes from Nicola's time spent living there. We hold innovation and experimentation with bold flavours as core parts of our philosophy, sourcing only premium botanicals from both India and New Zealand. Our recipes were originally developed using a small copper alembic still in Nicola's home over many months! Although we have outgrown the kitchen benchtop - our unique and contemporary gins are still crafted in the same neighbourhood. Every bottle sold goes towards helping Wildlife SOS, an organisation that works to protect and conserve India's natural heritage, forests and biodiversity.
