Penitensis 2023 SL is a micro-distillery located in the Penedès area, Catalonia (Spain). Our main characteristic is that we collect the juniper manually ourselves in the mountains of our territory. Another characteristic is that we do "one shot" distillations. 
We are a small company, at the moment we only make classic gin (London dry gin) but we are about to release other spirits such as sloe gin, sloe liqueur and others.
