The Rossi family has been involved in winemaking since 1885, when our great-great-grandfather, Federico Rossi, bought a plot of fertile land on the hilltop above the Mirna River and planted the first vines of Teran and Malvasia. Little did he know that his descendants, five generations later, would still be in the winemaking business, let alone take Istrian autochthonous grape varieties and brandies to their enological peaks. What began as his dream has now become 18 hectares of beautifully arranged and carefully tended vineyards, located on hilltops in the best possible locations. The fruits from these vineyards have allowed us to create an impressive range of products.

Today, alongside our award-winning premium wines, the Rossi family proudly produces traditional Istrian brandies, premium liqueurs such as teranino authentic aromatized Istrian wine, pelinkovac, amaro, and has even created its own premium brandy Šovran X.O., made in the style of fine French cognacs. All of our products are created with a clear goal – to craft top-quality products that are synonymous with uncompromising excellence. Under the motto "quality over quantity," the Rossi family strategically invests in state-of-the-art technologies that help us not only maintain but also elevate the quality of our products across all stages of their production.
