The concept of our craft gin is "Nurtured by the sea, returned to the sea."

This craft gin uses botanicals from Atami and Izu on the Izu Peninsula of Japan, which are grown in the coastal climate, and seaweed harvested from the local sea.

Our mission is to contribute 1% of sales to protecting the marine environment.

Based on traditional London dry gin, it combines Atami "daidai" orange and lemon to create a deep flavor with a gentle citrus aroma and a subtle hint of the umami of seaweed.
