Soul 84 Spirits was founded in 2021. We produce a gin and a bitter, both with the characteristic of having a dilution of thermal water, from Tuscany, at the end of the production process.

Soul 84 Spirits is ultimately the fusion of two souls, two people. One that is inspired by the Italian liquor tradition, valuing the products and botanicals of the land. The other with its sights set on new horizons, always eager to explore and innovate. The result is a range of products characterized by aromas that identify the Italian flavor but that combine perfectly with internationally-inspired ingredients and botanicals.

Our Gin can be considered a flower garden. The subtleness and the mineral notes will accompany you with each sip leaving in your mouth the vital freshness of the springs. After distillation, Agapimù gin is diluted with Tuscan thermal water to keep its purity and organoleptic characteristics intact.

The Mérida bitter is more complex than a typical bitter. The bitter has a powerful flavor defined by a distinct juniper note, the delicate perfume of citrus fruits, and the bitter aromas of roots and herbs, just like the warrior nymph it symbolizes Three different notes perfectly combined to create a new type of bitter.

And even our candles, made with the same botanicals we use for spirits and liqueurs, are designed to intensify this experience that we want to be unique and unforgettable. After all, our aim is only to instill in you the sweet memory of a moment of happiness.
