From the family croft on our beautiful Hebridean home on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, the Lews Distillery was born - our name inspired by the iconic Lews Castle across the water from Stornoway harbour. Founded by island natives David & Karen, our distillery is driven by a simple yet compelling vision - to create a Gin that captures the spirit of the Hebrides and the vibrant taste of Stornoway in each and every drop. Distilled using the purest Hebridean water and bursting with botanical flavour, our gin is the first to be crafted right here on the Isle of Lewis, something we are very proud of indeed.
