Diistil is an on-demand distillery creating bespoke and flavour-forward spirits for premium hospitality. We work directly with hotels, bars and restaurant groups to design custom, co-branded spirits - from concept to bottle in four weeks, with a minimum of just 25 bottles. We also create bespoke spirits for corporate gifting and brand collaborations.
Alongside our bespoke service, our 60+ strong Flavour Library offers a ready-made range of distilled spirits - from Yuzu and Jalapeño to Lapsang Souchong and Christmas Pudding - giving venues access to innovative flavours to optimise their menus.
Clients include The Peninsula, One Aldwych, Middle Eight, Experimental Group, JKS Restaurants, Thomas Franks and WatchHouse. Shortlisted for Brand of the Year (Speciality Spirits) at The Spirits Business Awards 2025. Featured on ITV's Love Your Weekend, in The Times Magazine, and BBC Good Food.
