Ginificio, is the first microdistillery in the Province of Trento (Italy).
It started after 18 months of study, research and tests with alcohol and botanical herbs.
The project began in the spring of 2021 with the design of a custom-made factory that would reflect my distillation idea to retrace recipes for gins, bitters, liqueurs and vermouth with an Italian and artisanal profile.
